Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an return/exchange.

To be eligible for an return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

  • The Starter Kit and Try it Kits are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We do not cover shipping fees. We recommend using a traceable, secure shipping method to process your return as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.  
  • We cannot be held liable for any packages that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. 

We allow for returns as long as the products meet the following criteria:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • Merchandise must have original tags attached.
  • Merchandise must still be in the original packaging.
  • Merchandise must not have been altered, or washed.
  • Buyer must pay for the shipping costs.

If your products meet all of the following, we will:

  • Give you store credit in the amount of the item (not including shipping, taxes, or fees).  
  • Store credit must be used within 3 months or else the credit will no longer be applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain merchandise cannot be exchanged. The Starter Kit and Try it Kit cannot be exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
